باستخدامك لخدمة تأسيس الشركات المقدّمة من A Plus Network Ltd ("الشركة"، "نحن")، فإنك ("العميل"، "أنت") توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية بالكامل. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل المتابعة.
1 طبيعة الخدمة
نقدّم خدمة الوساطة والدعم الإداري لتأسيس شركة محدودة (Limited Company) في المملكة المتحدة لدى Companies House، بالإضافة إلى خدمات مساندة مثل العنوان المسجّل، توثيق الهوية عبر جهات معتمدة، والمساعدة في التقديم على الحساب البنكي.
2 مسؤوليات العميل
- تقديم بيانات ومستندات صحيحة وكاملة ومحدّثة (جواز سفر ساري، إثبات عنوان، إلخ).
- تتحمّل المسؤولية الكاملة عن دقة المعلومات المقدّمة؛ أي بيانات خاطئة قد تؤدي لرفض الطلب أو تأخيره دون استرداد.
- الالتزام بالقوانين البريطانية والدولية، وعدم استخدام الشركة لأي غرض غير قانوني.
- متابعة الالتزامات السنوية للشركة بعد التأسيس (الإقرارات، الضرائب، تجديد العنوان).
3 الرسوم والدفع
- يُحدَّد سعر الخدمة ويُعرض لك قبل البدء، ويشمل دفعة مقدّمة ودفعة نهائية.
- الدفعة المقدّمة تؤكّد بدء العمل وتغطّي التكاليف الحكومية وتكاليف التوثيق.
- تُدفع الرسوم عبر بوابة دفع آمنة (Stripe)؛ ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك.
- الأسعار قد تُعرض بعملتك المحلية بأسعار صرف تقريبية؛ العملة الأساسية هي الريال السعودي.
4 سياسة الاسترداد
إذا رغبت في الإلغاء قبل بدء أي إجراء خارجي، يُسترد ما تبقّى بعد خصم أي تكاليف فعلية تكبّدناها.

نبذل جهدنا لإنجاز التأسيس بأسرع وقت. بعض المراحل (مثل وصول أكواد Companies House وHMRC بريدياً) تخضع لمدد حكومية خارجة عن سيطرتنا، وقد تستغرق 5–10 أيام عمل أو أكثر.
7 الخصوصية وحماية البيانات
- نحمي بياناتك ومستنداتك بسرّية تامة، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا الفريق المخوّل وأنت.
- نشارك بياناتك فقط مع الجهات الرسمية الضرورية للتأسيس (Companies House، جهة التوثيق المعتمدة).
- مستنداتك الشخصية محفوظة بشكل مشفّر وآمن، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.
8 حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن: قرارات الجهات الحكومية أو البنكية، التأخيرات الخارجة عن سيطرتنا، أو أي أضرار غير مباشرة. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا القصوى على قيمة الرسوم المدفوعة للخدمة.
9 إنهاء الخدمة
يحق لنا رفض أو إنهاء الخدمة إذا تبيّن تقديم معلومات مضلّلة، أو وجود شبهة استخدام غير قانوني، أو مخالفة هذه الشروط.
10 القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة المتحدة فيما يخص التأسيس، ولأي اختصاص قضائي مناسب لحل النزاعات المتعلقة بالخدمة.
Terms & Conditions
By using the company formation service provided by A Plus Network Ltd ("the Company", "we"), you ("the Client", "you") fully agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1 Nature of the Service
We provide brokerage and administrative support for incorporating a UK Limited Company with Companies House, together with supporting services such as a registered office address, identity verification via accredited providers, and assistance with bank account applications.
2 Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents (valid passport, proof of address, etc.).
- You are fully responsible for the accuracy of information provided; incorrect data may cause rejection or delay without refund.
- Comply with UK and international law, and not use the company for any unlawful purpose.
- Manage the company's annual obligations after incorporation (filings, taxes, address renewal).
3 Fees & Payment
- The service price is set and shown to you before starting, comprising a deposit and a final payment.
- The deposit confirms commencement of work and covers government and verification costs.
- Fees are paid via a secure payment gateway (Stripe); we do not store your card details.
- Prices may be shown in your local currency at approximate exchange rates; the base currency is Saudi Riyal.
4 Refund Policy
If you cancel before any external procedure begins, the remaining balance is refunded after deducting any actual costs we have incurred.

We strive to complete incorporation as quickly as possible. Some stages (such as Companies House and HMRC codes arriving by post) are subject to government timeframes beyond our control and may take 5–10 business days or more.
7 Privacy & Data Protection
- We protect your data and documents in strict confidence; only the authorised team and you can access them.
- We share your data only with official bodies necessary for incorporation (Companies House, accredited verification provider).
- Your personal documents are stored securely and encrypted, and are not used for any other purpose.
8 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for: decisions of government or banking bodies, delays beyond our control, or any indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the service.
9 Termination
We may refuse or terminate the service if misleading information is provided, unlawful use is suspected, or these terms are breached.
10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom regarding incorporation, and by any appropriate jurisdiction for resolving service-related disputes.
